Wonderful breakfast options!

Cozy breakfast area with pastries offered.

The mini fridge in my room was horrendously stinky, ruining my food. The lack of basic supplies like toilet paper is completely unacceptable.

Inconsistent communication regarding reservations!!! Rooms are excessively small and poorly maintained!!! The air conditioning didn't work properly!!!

I loved the location, just a short stroll to Champs Elysees-with shopping and dining options everywhere! The staff were genuinely friendly, especially the wonderful Jana at the front desk.

Our breakfast was delivered late, and it was not what we ordered, which left us quite disappointed.

Diving into the Parisian food scene, I hit the jackpot nearby with delicious seafood at Les 110 de Taillevent and a quaint bite at Chez Georges. The Double Room was decent, and I loved the shower-ample pressure for a refreshing rinse after a day of culinary exploration.

Good location just a block from Champs-Elysées. Super nice team and recommended a local restaurant where police officers dine-so you know it's legit. I had a comfy Double Room with AC control and a cute shared courtyard. They even stored my bag before check-in.

My room was not even as cute as the pictures, and i expected an upgrade for such inconvenience. How does a hotel like this not have decent breakfast options? I almost wrote a nice review, but just couldn't!

The staff were pretty good, provided excellent assistance with local directions and ensuring I felt safe as a single traveler. The location was superb, just a short stroll from the Champs-Elysees and nearby attractions.

Wi-fi worked well, and 24-hour reception was convenient, but the room was very small.

The Family Room was quite cozy, but definitely on the smaller side for four people. The large windows did let in nice light, which helped a bit. The L'Occitane products in the bathroom were a nice touch, though. Breakfast was decent with some pastries, and I liked that the Wi-Fi worked well. But honestly, I wish the room had been a bit bigger, especially with two teenagers around.

The bed was comfortable and there was a nice shower with ample pressure. I appreciated the free water and pastries in the lobby, but the breakfast area was cramped.

It was a suitable option for getting around the area in Paris with great value for the money. The staff were very helpful in accommodating my last minute reservation after my flight got canceled. Make sure to check the bathroom for any updates before staying.
